Shipping Policy

1.  Loading and off-loading

Delivery orders will be effected every weekday except weekends and public holidays and will be delivered within the main centres 3-5 working days calculated from the day an order has been confirmed and after 5-7 working days on the outlying and regional areas, calculated from the day an order has been confirmed. 

Please note that once an order has been confirmed, the delivery address cannot be changed. Please ensure that your addresses is correct when making orders.

2. Condition of goods

The onus of proving the quantity, type, physical properties and composition and the condition of the goods and/or the condition of any container at the time of receipt thereof from the carrier will at all times remain with the customer, and no delivery note, receipt or other document furnished or signed at such time by or on behalf of the carrier will constitute conclusive proof thereof.

3. Rates

The customer will pay carrier fees as follows:

Standard shipping at R70,00 - For all orders under R700,00.

Free shipping - for all orders over R700,00.
